Yes! Whenever possible, we feature Idaho made cheeses, seasonal fruits from local orchards, raw honey from local beekeepers, and other fresh ingredients from nearby producers. Our boards are meant to showcase the best flavors of the Treasure Valley!

Yes we do! For just $6 you can get our kids box and it comes with a Honest Juice box, Baby Bell cheese, crackers, salami and a special treat. 

We kindly ask for at least 3 business days’ notice so we can source the freshest ingredients. 

Our boards are prepared with ingredients that may contain or come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, and honey. While we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment please let us know your dietary needs when ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We are able to accommodate gluten free orders if requested at time of ordering. 

Yes, we require a $50 minimum order.  All orders include sales tax and have a $10 delivery fee. 

We take Square (credit/debit), Venmo and cash.  Payment is arranged once your order is confirmed. 

Owyhee Valley Charcuterie operates as a mobile charcuterie cart, serving both public and private events throughout the Treasure Valley. We also create custom boards and boxes for delivery. Keep a eye on our calendar page for our upcoming pop-up locations and future dates! 

 We offer delivery within the Treasure Valley area. A $10 delivery fee is included in your order total. 

For best quality, enjoy your board the same day it is delivered. If kept refrigerated, most ingredients will stay fresh for up to 24 hours.
